Our overnight 2-day trip this year will be at the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge on June 16-17 (Monday and Tuesday). We will leave from school on Monday morning and return in time for the busses to pick students up on Tuesday afternoon. We will be staying in bunkhouses.
Activities include swimming, fishing, hiking, teambuilding, board games and relaxing.
Here's a list of what to bring:
- A bag lunch for Monday (the rest of the meals will be provided by the lodge)
- Sleeping bag or linens and a pillow (the lodge provides wool blankets)
- Towels and personal toiletry items (toothbrush, toothpaste and soap)
- Bathing suit and beach towel
- warm clothing (nights get cool, dress in layers)
- Medications along with instructions and times
- Hiking boots or a second pair of sneakers
- Water bottle for the hike
- Raincoat or poncho
- A favorite board game or a good book to read
- flashlight
- bug repellant
- A fun attitude with an expectation of a good time
- A commitment of cooperation
