Graduation Requirements

The Contoocook School requires the minimum standards established in the State of New Hampshire on July 1, 2005:

                        English                                    4 credits

                        Math*                                      3 credits

                        Physical Science                      1 credit

                        Biological Science                   1 credit

                        US and NH History                1 credit

                        US and NH Government        ½ credit

                        Economics                               ½ credit

                        Global Studies**                    ½ credit

                        Arts Education                        ½ credit

                        Information/                            ½ credit  (or demonstrate competency)

                        Communication Technologies

                        Health and physical fitness     1 ½ credits

                        Career/technical education      ½ credit

                        Open electives                         6 ½ credits

                        Total credits:                           21
